A good financial organisation which has grown massively to No 1 rank in UK. a strong leadership team. Strong job security and supports the work life balance.

Cons

As an IT team the culture varies team to team, however Aviva some area are still slow follow legacy culture and governance delays. Many Senior colleague where with Aviva for more than 20+ year may not welcome new joiners easily in the Mid levels and try to control.
