A Solid Company with a Strong, Supportive Culture

Pros

There’s definitely no shortage of things to do, which keeps the work engaging. There’s plenty of room to grow and develop new skills. The work is incredibly rewarding, both within the company and externally, as we create life-saving devices. The people who work here are extremely talented.

Cons

Compensation and benefits could also be better, especially considering the company's location.

Pros

Fun, driven, passionate vibe at work with great perks such as weekly lunches, Happy Hour Thursdays, and even Bonuses! There's definitely a strong culture present with a growing sense of pride to save lives in the work we do! I am very happy and thankful to be working here and be a part of Avive!

Cons

There's limited parking area, but people can car pool for incentives and Avive has bought 10 Parking lots around the corner building. It's first come basis.
