Pros

I have stayed with Avnet because they gave me my first shot in the IT profession. I have been learning so much and they have helped with training

Cons

In the time i have been with Avnet I haven’t received a promotion in my current position.

Pros

They provided me the tools to learn their system and quickly learn my role with the company.

Cons

I don't have nothing to say about Avnet. It a great company to work at, that's why most of the people their have been with the company for 10+ years.

Pros

Coworkers are nice, I like my manager.

Cons

Pay is low, benefits are expensive. Started with unlimited work from home but now we have to come in two times a week. I feel like our team is constantly fighting fires and I don't think upper management has ever specifically thanked our team for any of the work we do.
