Financially sound. Pay is fair. Good people. Pension Plan.
Cons
Fairly flat company so there is limited growth potential. Some-what of a good ole boy network at the top. Limited upside potential on comissions as you are managed to a target income. LImited downside as well. Medical Benefits are not the best. Antiquated system.
