If your not looking to make good money an just a kick back an mosey through the rest of your life, not a bad place.

Pros

Awesome group of people and The absolute relaxed place to work, no one on your back long as your getting your work done. Managment is cool executives are cool an speak to everyone. The best thing is being able to work remote a couple days a week after your first year.

Cons

Bennifits are ridiculous an over price. Yearly pay increase is terrible.

Pros

Co-Workers can be a plus, if you work with them well, and accept that you're all in the same boat

Cons

Managment is an old-boys club...if they don't like you (or you don't do something spectacular to bring in or save lots of money, you'll never advance. Career path is a joke, and rewards/recognition only go to the "pets" or if you're in a group that can come up with a scheme to reward each other on a regular basis. The shareholder return trumps employee concerns EVERY time.
