Pros

Nice people. Successful company. Good reputation. New CEO. Bill we are counting on you to bring change.

Cons

Awful track record with women and minorities. Overwhelming Old White Men at every level of the company. If you see a black or hispanic face at this company, it is shocking. The conservative, old fashioned look is how they approach everything and they are starting to fail, because they don't get the importance of change, diversity, progress.

Ok place to work overall

Pros

401k, pension plan, decent vacation and sick leave, medicsl and dental (though expensive), etc.

Cons

Organization so big, felt somewhat impersonal much of the time.

Seemingly solid company to work for; however, seemingly constant layoffs quarterly.

Cons

* Seemingly constant layoffs each quarter * Built through acquisitions, so many things run differently * Highly political environment * Not really a global company. Corp structure very silo. * Have/Have not environment (office/cube)
