Paid well and benefits were good

Cons

Management plays favorites and treats others poorly. There is a noticeable superiority complex among some managers, which undermine open communication and teamwork. Some present themselves as morally and professionally infallible which discourages feedback and stifles improvement.

I didn't want to be sexually harassed, I was fired

Office building is in good condition

Cons

Management is married to employee, Preferential treatment due to that is out of control. HR was working remotely, so no one to give information on what was going on. Sexual harassment was ignored and allowed.
