So many it is too lengthy to list. Sr. management is completely incompetent, and never listens to their employees. Ed Smith is at the helm and is basically a sales guy that talks out of his ... most of the time and likes to threaten people's job when they point out areas the company can improve (I have seen him do this on several occasions with large groups in company meetings). The Sr. leadership is 8 white guys over 50 and 1 black woman (who is completely incompetent and screws up every project they give her). Most of the middle managers are good hard working people but Directors and above are all good-old-boys. I was there 3 years and beat my goals each year - and was never given a raise because they had "raise freezes" every year (even thought one year they made over a billion in profit, and it was their best year ever). Not to mention they love to lay people off! Especially if you are over 45. I am 29 so this didn't effect me, but I know dozens of highly skilled workers that were asked to retire or "take a package" because of their age. The bottom line is this company sucks. I left on my own to go to a much better place and am happy I did. Keep looking, you will be sorry if you land here instead of somewhere that would actually value you.
