Friendly atmosphere and great location. Employee discount was also good

Sometimes it stressful. Especially during busy periods such as Christmas. Wages were not great

There was a good working atmosphere and I felt immediately welcome. I learned a lot about retail and made a lot of friends.

Cons

The hours are long and the work can be tiring. That is not specific to Avoca though and I had a good time.
