Great colleagues, caring managers, lovely stores, amazing produce and great to network and grow within the business

Cons

New company recently bought Avoca so therefore Budgets are very tight, can be stressful at times.

Good management who were willing to give responsibility to those who were interested in it. Good working conditions and perks.

Cons

There are busy periods and quieter periods so if you are on a part-time contract you may find there are less hours at certain points of the year than others.
