      Pros

      Good management who were willing to give responsibility to those who were interested in it. Good working conditions and perks.

      Cons

      There are busy periods and quieter periods so if you are on a part-time contract you may find there are less hours at certain points of the year than others.

      Bad management, tips divided between staff is subject to favouritism and can be gossipy and cliquey.

      can meet great people, get free lunch, nine to five hours, dont have to work outside of these hours too often

      Cons

      Have to weekends, management can be very tough to deal with, which can make the job very difficult. Bad tips.
