Pros

There are oppertunities to grow due to the lack of overal experience in the company. Yearly bonus. Hourly production workers are great people.

Cons

Political. There are double standards from the second you walk in the door. Out dated technology and a "willy nilly" approach to conform to new standards. Ownership and leadership show no interest in developing new talent or to be involved in the overal welfare of its employees. There is an "everyone is replaceable" mentality. In the 3+ years I worked there the turnover rate progressively got worse.

Not great pay, business slumping, old technology

Pros

The hourly people there are good people, work hard, good to work with. They have thinned the manpower on the salary and hourly side a lot, and the HR director left last year.

Cons

Pay is not great, but most of all, no new technology, and usually all you do is butt heads with the original staff that started with the company was small, not very supportive of new people with experience to help build a growing company. Results of all that looked like waning success and sales orders but they refused to release sales numbers outside the sales department and refused to post quality results as well.
