Decent pay for the money, but have to deal with a lot of mismanagement from mid to upper level management.

The pay is decent, the benefits are industry standard, and the people are for the most part kind.

Cons

Management is going to be the death of this company. They coddle some, while make no effort for others. Management's attempts at saving money actually end up costing the company more money.
