      Direct manager is GREAT, good benefits, some upper management becoming more open to technological advancements

      Cons

      customer service is unprofessional, cliques control politics, people in high level jobs that they are not qualified for, certain employees make work difficult for the rest

      150 year old product with a 2 year old culture. Low to No risk lot of potential

      We all know the importance of information in this age. Crappy IT. Good Lord! Went from bad to horrible. Way way behind with no signs of any offense at time soon. Tech Leadership has no direction and no hope! Not even a mirage. All Directors are cronies! And sadly hopeless. NA is doomed - I will repost in 6 months but as a betting person will take my money out ;-) ask around if you doubt me! This is a joke
