Pros
Guaranteed hours each week, decent benefits, company meetings/outings either quarterly or bi-annually at restaurants or places like Top Golf(production manager's hobby). Buy lunch for the day shift team at least once every couple of months.
Cons
Majority of hiring through temp agencies with almost zero chance to get fired on with the company unless you are in 2 out of roughly 12 available roles. This causes employee morale and turnover to he pretty awful. Micromanaging can be fairly heavy on a regular basis. Since this company is a contractor, VW tends to blame everything on them, even if the company is proven not at fault.
