Pros
Great experience. They were just developing their intern program when I was there but it was definitely a positive experience. They brought all the interns together for a summit in Philadelphia to tour the local facilities and for some fun outings. In terms of the work, sufficient guidance and training was given but balanced with a certain degree of freedom to allow you to grow and gain independence as a a worker.
Cons
Some pretty big changes are going on within the company making people a little uneasy about things. There also seems to be some difficulty moving up in the company depending on where you start.
