      Friendly people, solid work structure, great pension plan.

      Cons

      Very outdated equipment and some minds. Working at Axalta it is like working in mid 80s. They still use huge white boards, markers, highlighters, etc. for daily production updates, manually create graphs and trends.

      * EMEA leaders think they are kings in a jungle with narcissistic styles. * Extremely weird and toxic characters tolerated and promoted. * Completely silent HR hires people without knowing where they fit in the organization.
