A good starter job/career

Pros

A great place to get your foot in the door. Pay is fair and the people you would work with are nice and easy going. There are possibilities in upward movement and the company is willing to help pay for the process.

Cons

High turnover rate, as a new employee you will be forced into contract work with no guarantee of full term employment. Highly competitive for those in a contract position. Uneven disruption of work load among employees in all tier levels, which isn't considered in you overall performance in the end of the year bonuses and raises. Unfortunately, contractors get neither and are generally the ones that get stuck with the burden of this work.

Pros

Team environment is nice. 7 day break every month except when you are forced to work overtime.

Cons

A lot of pressure and danger for the compensation. Company rewards people who take shortcuts and ignore protocol. New employees are not on the same pay scale as "duponters".
