There are a lot of hardworking people. Compensation and benefits are pretty decent. Flexibility and support is there to get the job done.

Cons

Like any big organization there are a lot of issues. Even the simplest of issues take forever to get done. Some teams aren't as responsive. Some constraints here and there when it comes to work. At the end of the day it matters who you work with.
