      Axalta has been aggressive in seeking out new customers and markets.

      Cons

      Employees are not valued appropriately for their contributions, especially the legacy employees who worked for DuPont prior to the creation of Axalta.

      Great benefits and good people to work with. Working here has given me the opportunity to meet new people and network to potentially move up in the company.

      Not a very progressive company. We need to do a better job evolving with the rest of the world of technology.

      Employees are all intelligent and hard working however upper management continues to push more lean time and time again growing the workload for all.

      Cons

      Next man up mentality. As individuals leave, roles shift/adjust with no ability to revisit individuals contracts. I've personally developed and moved into more challenging, higher visibility roles while remaining at the same level of pay
