Pros

Using latest (or close to latest) .Net technology. Compensation was reasonable for the industry. The company supplied equipment (PC's etc) were of good quality and facilitated productivity.

Cons

Organizational and process changes were too frequent and had too little justification. The company developed a habit of replacing proven contributors with questionable new hires. Some personnel decisions may have qualified as age discrimination.

Working at Axceler is like taking a Sales 101 course - learned a lot Young workers Go out a couple of times a month for food and drinks

Cons

The listed hours are 7:30 - 6:00, if you only work these hours you are considered an "amateur" Expected to make hundreds of phone calls per day
