Pros
As a new hire that previously worked in a retail environment my perspective may be skewed but I truly feel as though I have gone from famine to feast. From my first day I have felt welcome and that my opinion is valued. Everyone is pleasant, helpful, and actually want to work together. In addition to this I am paid a decent living wage, work reasonable hours (with the long unheard of concept of a entire hour for lunch), and have a benefits package that far surpasses anything I have experienced before. There also pluses in the "little things": Like fresh free coffee in the break room that is a "given" (no more $3 at dunks a day), free parking, being in a complex that is right off the highway and outside of Boston, a decent cafeteria downstairs, and a free gym. At Axceler it is truly a quality of life. The company is growing and employees are being set up to grow with it. The smiles in the hall are genuine and it's in general a great place to work.
