nice office in Downtown Denver, positive atmosphere.

Cons

unorganized management and executive structure. Inconsistent product.

Pros

They finally have a headquarters and main office in Denver. This has led to some personnel changes and an overall great cultural upswing. The training is good, the coworkers are smart & collaborative, and the benefits are appropriate. They also foster a 'promote-from-within' strategy that is a good sign for a new employee.

Cons

I can't really think of any true Cons at this point. The company is very committed to engaging its employees and finding ways to improve. I suppose training and pay can always be better, but compared to others in the industry it is really good. The company is quickly growing and still small, which means there are inevitable bumps in the road, but overall eFolder has great things going for it.

Pros

Decent perks for a tech startup Allowed some remote work/schedule flexibility Great energy for some really cool & innovative tech Quality people to work alongside

Cons

Corporate culture was 180 what they said it was on website IMHO it appeared leadership had trust issues with subordinates IMHO it appeared to me that leadership had set up comp for sales team to be at odds with one another At times... the left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing on sales/marketing side while I was there.
