Management has 0 care. Military people in management are rude. They don`t want to raise payments and what to load you as much as they can. No proper training

* mid-management (I love how Axienters are living together, there are no bad bosses or annoying colleagues, maybe just a few) * lunches - free food is always a good thing

Cons

The gap in between developers' agile-world, and real user reality. Dev's are completely misted with how they think it works and how it actually works.
