Pros

The company culture is great and unlike any other organization that I've been a part of. Your manager along with the HR team sets you up for success on day 1 by setting realistic expectations and making sure you feel like part of the family.

Cons

No match on the 401k plan

Pros

You get the chance to work with some of the smartest and most passionate people in journalism. Everyone believes in Axios' mission and you're surrounded by people that want to see you and the company succeed. It's an incredible place to start out, learn from the best, and have the chance to grow.

Cons

While there are some, more company-wide outings/activities would be awesome.
