Pros

-Flexible work schedule (work from home for almost every role) -Competitive pay

Cons

-Every employee parrots the same untrue and overly optimistic statements about how wonderful the work culture is -Passive aggressive environment where managers never directly confront issues head on, despite Axios claiming to be committed to radical candor -Expectations are not clearly explained -No real connections are made with coworkers due to the virtual work environment
