      - Great company mission - Kind & empathetic co-workers

      Cons

      - High level of employee churn (lots of new faces) - High rate of change (leadership, teams, technology, process, etc.) - Everything consistently feels broken - Contradictory advice from management - Management & leadership hasn't done much to ease high rate of change
