Pros

Everyone is nice and helpful, lots of resources available.

Cons

Too many meetings, but that's understandable while we're all remote.

Pros

Axios really seems to care about employees. They are transparent and candid with us, they give us real, quantifiable benefits to help us care for our mental health, and they actually listen to our ideas, both for how to improve the employee experience as well as how to make our content and product better. I actually feel like my opinion means something at Axios. And it's really exciting to see the company growing so quickly.

Cons

No 401k matching. A lot of white men in positions of power, but they're improving that. It's hard to see any upward trajectory in editorial.
