- Transparent and smooth interviewing process that allowed me to meet everyone on the team. - Nimble enough to easily shift the whole company to WFH at a days notice. - Timely communication from leadership especially during this current pandemic, to keep us updated - Super focused on employees, making sure we have what we need to be engaged but also provide balance and space when needed. - My team is very supportive of each other it's great to see as a new leader
Cons
Hard to say as I joined at the cusp of the pandemic and I'm so impressed with how everything has been handled. If I'm being nit picky it would be that though there is a transportation benefit, I would love that to be more as the parking garage and metro options for me are quite expensive from where I come from. That may not be true for everyone.
