The team is what makes this company so great. Smart people working together without ego to achieve a common goal. Lots of perks, work/life balance, rewarding work, and great teammates

Fast-paced environment means that sometimes you have to create your own processes and rules

Culture makes a company great

Pros

Working at Axios is a breath of fresh air when it comes to culture. The team does a great job to ensure that we're healthy and happy, whether it be ERGs, mental health days or even just a fun watercooler conversation in Slack. My job is remote, and I was extremely nervous that this would make me feel less connected to the company. That is not the case.

Cons

Really can't think of any!
