Pros

Really enjoy working with my immediate team and feel very supported by my manager. Highly collaborative team and lots of opportunity to be involved on different, exciting initiatives.

Cons

The company culture overall has changed over the last year. Some teams do not seem as engaged or satisfied with the changes that have occurred.
