- Everyone is dedicated and bought in (actual family/team feel) - Company actually cares and sticks to morale compass and puts business ethics first with everything - All employees matter (evident by new employees traveling to HQ in Sweden, birthday gifts, holiday gifts, bagel fridays, office parties, and company kickoff every year includes all employees, not just sales) - Really competitive health benefits and other perks like healthy lifestyle reimbursements, professional development reimbursements, tuition reimbursements, etc. - You can walk into any managers office any time and ask questions, chat, or recommend ways to improve business/processes and your words are taken seriously, regardless of position - It might be impossible to run out of PTO here

CULTURE, Management, Growth, Opportunity, Encouragement, Benefits, Work - life balance, Open door policy, Transparency, I'd keep going but the list is too long. Everyone works together and truly wants to see each other succeed. Region and company meetings are engaging and employees are well taken care of. I hear a lot about the Axis culture but really feel it in our region. The Southeast has made magic here. I am grateful and excited to be a part of this team and am looking forward to contributing to our future growth.
