Pros

You will meet some of the best people working at Axis. The company itself and the people in management work hard to keep their employees happy and enjoying their job. They highly encourage a work/life balance. The medical benefits have always been amazing as well!

Cons

The pay is a bit lower than competitors but it is worth it for the kind of people you work with and for.

Interesting projects, nice colleagues, worktime flexibility, overall positive and constructive attitude, open and clear high leadership.

Cons

Not so flexible on work from home, not competitive regarding salaries, some internal politics stalling innovation.
