Long-term executive leadership globally and locally Success of company has been based on long-term partnerships Strong emphasis on growth and continuing to invest in research and development Great opportunities across the Americas, the company allows you to move around to the next best role for you and Axis! Feels great to work for the market leader in network video!

Cons

Some growing pains due to fast growth, depending on which dept you are in, some may feel this more than others.

Cons

There were no notable cons at Axis other than it's inconvenient location for me

- Work/Life balance is valued - Room for growth and personal development - Many "perks" that promote growth including Higher Ed Reimbursement programs - CULTURE is second to none

Cons

I can't get to Sweden as often as I would like. But, that is not a bad problem to have. :-)
