Atypical SDR role with more focus on growth and knowledge of the business rather than how many calls can you make in a day.

Cons

Pay is a bit on the low side and there is no structured career path for life beyond the SDR role.

Pros

The Axis culture consists of transparent communication, trust and teamwork. The company takes a holistic approach to compensation that goes well beyond base salary and includes an excellent benefits package, tuition reimbursement, healthy lifestyle reimbursement, paid sabbatical. Last but not least, the company supports work-life balance and offers incredible professional and career development opportunities.

Good company with some poor practices

Pros

Good community with a focus on Culture. Big focus on onboarding and orientation, with the chance to speak in person with the company's founders and executives. Was able to find good mentors among my colleagues and learn valuable skills that will help me in the future.

Cons

Poor pay and poor bonuses. They elect to spend money on expensive perks and events for employees but pay a 0.25% bonus. I don't want free soda and a trip to Universal Orlando, I want to pay rent and my parent's medical bills.
