Pros

Amazing Culture. Good Bosses. (At least for my chain-of-command) Good perks. (Breakfast, Bicycle, Extra sick-pay, Health Insurance) Good Life/Work balance where I can decide my working hours with "Flex-hours".

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to get a final decision about something that may be unpopular, we want to please everybody which does not always work. Not the best paying company but some of the perks make up for part of it.

Good product and people. Products are overall easy sell with good people . Most of the people are easy to get along with .

Cons

Low salary and limited room for growth . Very low salary increase every year. Whatever you agree to first day you agree to a job is what you will be making in 10 years.A lot of turnover with people leaving now.
