People are fantastic at Axis Communications; they support you from day one and welcome you to the team from day one. Management is very emphatic and has an open-door policy for everyone. Your manager supports your development & learning ambitions. Management would not make rushed decisions without ensuring the wider group's buy-in and prioritizing internal employees' opinions. You and your opinion truly matter at Axis.
