      Not listening to it's employees, certainly differ from manager to manager. Not recognizing a stressfull and harmfull environment and workload.

      - Good people working there. - 5000kr in healthcare each year - You get about 5-6 hours a month that you can take out as paid "vacation". You can save up to 100 hours.

      Cons

      - Remote work is different depending on team. Some has to be at the office 5 days a week and some 2 days a week, even if you have the same manager. - Salary is lower than usual
