Pros

The executives and management are incredibly unkind, dishonest and difficult to work with. Daily exposure to this could improve ones patience level and strengthen ones backbone.

Cons

Dishonest, unkind, difficult executives and managers. Poor communication on executives/managers part. Treat office staff like dog poo on their shoe. Like working with them to working with bratty teens. Actually, bratty and entitled teens would be an improvement.
