Business Outlook
Pros
- Good benefits (good not great because as a tech worker, there are plenty of companies that offer better) - When you're a contractor working at the NIH, Axle stays out of your way so you can get stuff done
Cons
- Almost no engagement with you while you're a contractor - ZERO raises - I don't see a chance for career progression while you're a contractor - When you raise an issue, you're just ignored (and by this I mean you're "ghosted" like you don't even work for them - you don't even have the option to ask for a manager to resolve the issue)
