Pros
I like working here because there are so many opportunities to grow and learn new things. They encourage me to grow as a professional by taking classes and getting certified in software I am using. Also, people are generally pretty kind and willing to help.
Cons
I would say that the company is growing at a very rapid rate and that comes with growing pains. Organizationally, they are working on improving documentation standards and communication across teams.
