      Pros

      Like the way that Axle dev team provides room for discussion or suggestions on some parts of the decision. Based on your skills, you can find yourself useful in multiple different teams.

      Cons

      The higher up manager level sometimes can be struggled of decisions. It could sometime being back and front. Will be better if improve company communications from higher up (manager level) to dev team (development)

      The company is developing its projects on latest technologies. Chill environment. Free beer. Great office and good equipments like standing desk, good office chair, 4K monitor, Powerful 15inch mac magic mouse and keyboard etc. Company is constantly growing. well managed. Lots of projects and teams to be involved company has lots of famework which makes developing project very easy and fast

      Less pay as compared to other companies.
