Recalling my experience working at this company, I couldn't help but feel exhausted. It was an awful time, and much of that had to do with the impractical CEO. The CEO's greed and lack of vision had created a company culture that was unproductive, demoralizing, and distrustful. The CEO's obsession with cutting costs at every opportunity, regardless of the long-term impact on the company, was greedy and short-sighted. The constant pressure to reduce expenses meant that employees were overworked and underpaid, resulting in high turnover rates and low morale.
