Recalling my experience working at this company, I couldn't help but feel exhausted. It was an awful time, and much of that had to do with the impractical CEO. The CEO's obsession with cutting costs at every opportunity, regardless of the long-term impact on the company, was greedy and short-sighted. The constant pressure to reduce expenses meant that employees were overworked and underpaid, resulting in high turnover rates and low morale.

Management does not know what they're doing. Hostile work environment. No training or set sops. The company cares only about the contractors, and the money they bring into the company. Just don't do it. I hated my time here and was berated, insulted, and treated less than while working here. I'm surprised they don't have a lawsuit on their backs yet.
