Great IC culture, questionable management

Pros

- Fellow IC's strongly aligned with values - Great best practices (on my team) - Good pay - Unlimited PTO (within reason) - Great mentoring - Good modularity and platform team separation

Cons

- Management has degraded over time - High churn amongst coworkers - Experience varies heavily based on team - Performance has become overly metric focused - Long term death marching
