We also recognize that in pursuit of such big solutions work life balance can be difficult to achieve. Our leadership is committed to improving this and we’re putting strategies in place to better support our employees—like adding headcount and encouraging coordinated time off to unplug. All of our solutions are critical to the mission, and we want to ensure our success is sustainable not just for the company, but our people.
