Pros

-The work is meaningful. You can see direct outcomes of what we do all the time. -The people around me are smart and talented. -Strong compensation -Leaders are willing to address things head on. Transparency across the company. -I find the work challenging and stimulating every day.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything that's a major con. The work is challenging and our sales quotas are aggressive but fair. Some internal processes can be heavy, but nothing out of the ordinary from other companies I've worked at.

Pros

My favorite things about Axon are the mission and the people. I love knowing that my work improves the daily experience of emergency responders and the communities they serve. This inspiring mission draws incredibly smart, talented, and empathetic people from across industries and the globe.

Cons

Axon is a fast-paced organization that is rapidly growing. As such, there isn't always a perfect process for everything and you will experience growing pains.

Pros

There are numerous pros about working at Axon. The mission and people stand out the most. Working to reduce gun related violence and adding transparency between police and the public are noble causes. Axon attracts excellent talent and I'm constantly improving myself by working with these individuals. Being part of something bigger than yourself is extremely rewarding. Management across the board cares about employees and actively makes improvements to ensure people are heard and have a voice in the direction of the company.

Cons

Every company has cons, but in my opinion, Axon has very few. Hours can be long when issues arise, but the company does prioritize work life balance. Axon has recognition programs which are great, but not all managers take the time to use the programs to recognize their people. I see this as an individual issue, not a company issue, as most managers prioritize a good culture and personnel development.
