Access to leadership; flexible work environment; really stepped up during the pandemic to provide mental health resources and onsite vaccination clinic; still experiencing rapid growth; leadership manages for growth, not stock price; has a mission employees can get behind.

Cons

Rapid growth = some growing pains; a handful of negative and/or disgruntled employees turn AMA's into a downer; lack of transparency around salary ranges for job levels.
