The onboarding experience exceeded my expectations and my team has such a great working culture and are all so supportive! Coming from only having experiences at larger companies, I love how much more personal the company feels because there's not as many organizational barriers and complexity. There is tremendous growth at Axon, so I foresee myself with a lot of career opportunities here.

Cons

Some benefits may not be at par as larger companies, but they cover all grounds from mental health to cellular plan stipends with great perks overall.
