      1. Mission. The organization has an incredible mission and has worked hard to bring in the best talent to make the mission a reality. There is no better time to be with the company than now. 2. People-I always look for culture where I am surrounded by smart and talented people. At Axon, I am constantly learning from the people around me. 3. The company has invested in taking care of its people during Covid. 4. Very strong financials.

      Cons

      1. Company has grown at an extremely fast pace. Org needs to continue to focus on building for scale. Implement better tools, processes, etc. 2. Steps are being taken on the diversity front which is nice to see, but like many orgs there is still work to do here. Feels like there will be more accountability here which is promising
