      Pros

      Very important and fun work. What we do matters and it impacts people in a real way. We are paid well to have meaningful interactions and affect social fabric. Huge compensation for over achievement and a lot of fun travel. The people are really enjoyable to work with and the opportunity to head to Presidents Club is attainable for anyone willing to work hard.

      Cons

      No really a con, but if you are not a hard worker and top performer, you won't have success here and this isn't for you. This role is for motivated hard workers who are driven by financial success and helping law enforcement police their communities.
